Thank you for visiting our website! At Tessera Data, Inc. (“Tessera,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) we know that you care about what happens to your information. That’s why we created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”): so that you can learn how and why we collect, use, and share information about you.

1. When this Policy Does and Doesn’t Apply

1.1 What this Policy Covers

This Policy applies to https://tesseradata.com/ (the “Site”), regardless of how you access it. Through the Site, Tessera may provide information services as a service provider to other businesses, as more fully described elsewhere on the Site (“Services”).

These Services may involve certain personal information, along with other types of information we receive from other sources. By “personal information,” we mean any information that identifies you, such as your first and last name, business address, email address, and telephone number.

1.2 Whom this Policy Covers

The information we collect depends on the type of relationship you have with Tessera. We intend to collect personal information from only visitors with the following relationships with us:

  • “Business Visitors” are representatives of businesses who choose to visit our Site but aren’t necessarily Current Business Customers or Prospective Business Customers.
